IOWA SUPREME COURT ‘HEARTBEAT’ RULING

Des Moines, IOWA – The Iowa Coalition of Pro-Life Leaders will make a spokesperson available at the Iowa State Supreme Court building following the anticipated release of the Court’s ruling on Iowa’s “Heartbeat” law. 

What: Spokesperson available for interview regarding “Heartbeat” ruling

Who: Iowa Coalition of Pro-Life Leaders

When: June 28, 2024, 8:15-9:00 a.m.

Where: Iowa Supreme Court, 111 East Court Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50319  

In addition:

• The Coalition of Pro-Life Leaders is hosting an informal prayer gathering beginning at 7:30 a.m. and extending until after the decision is released.
  
• The spokesperson will be available shortly after the decision is released, permitting Coalition members a few moments to review the ruling.
  
• In the case of inclement weather, the Coalition spokesperson will be available inside the Iowa Capitol building, in or nearby the Rotunda level.
